When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is approved. Once your order ships, tracking will be sent to your email when available.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

What should I do if something arrives damaged or is the wrong product?

Email smiles@majesticphotobooth.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a replacement, store credit, or refund if applicable.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once production has started, cancellations are not available.

How do I start a return?

Just email smiles@majesticphotobooth.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not guarantee exchanges. In most cases, the fastest option is to return an eligible item and place a new order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States.
