Welcome to Majestic Photobooth, operated by Flash Society LLC DBA Majestic Photobooth (“Majestic Photobooth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, storefronts, and online services, including www.majesticphotobooth.com, shop.majesticphotobooth.com, and any related websites, pages, checkout experiences, customer account pages, or services operated by us.

By visiting our site, using our online store, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase from us.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, and offers are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do our best to display product colors, images, dimensions, materials, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors or product details exactly. Product packaging, finishes, and materials may vary slightly from photos or descriptions.

Prices shown at checkout may include or exclude taxes, shipping, and other charges depending on your location and the information provided at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your order.

Product Safety

Our products are intended for decorative, collectible, display, and personal accessory use only. They are not toys and are not intended for use by children.

Our products may contain small parts, magnets, sharp pin backs, pointed components, metal pieces, clips, packaging materials, or other components that may pose choking, ingestion, inhalation, puncture, pinching, laceration, breakage, suffocation, or other injury risks if misused, damaged, swallowed, handled improperly, or used by children or pets.

Keep all magnets, enamel pins, packaging, bags, fasteners, backings, and small components away from children and pets at all times. Do not place products in cribs, beds, strollers, play areas, pet areas, or anywhere they may be accessed by children or animals.

Magnets can be dangerous if swallowed or inhaled, especially if more than one magnet is swallowed or if a magnet is swallowed with another metal object. Swallowed magnets can attract inside the body and may cause serious injury or death. If magnets, pins, backings, small parts, or product components are swallowed, inhaled, or suspected to have been swallowed or inhaled, seek immediate medical attention.

Enamel pins and similar accessories may include sharp posts, clasps, or backings. Use care when attaching, wearing, removing, storing, or handling pins. Do not wear pins while sleeping, exercising, playing contact sports, caring for small children, or engaging in any activity where the pin could detach, puncture skin, or cause injury.

Magnets may interfere with or damage certain medical devices, electronics, magnetic strips, credit cards, hotel keys, watches, storage devices, or other magnet-sensitive items. Keep magnets away from pacemakers, implanted medical devices, electronics, and magnet-sensitive property.

Use care when placing magnets on surfaces, appliances, furniture, painted finishes, stainless steel, delicate materials, photos, printed materials, or other personal property. Magnets, metal components, packaging, or product materials may scratch, mark, stain, dent, puncture, tear, discolor, or otherwise damage surfaces or items depending on the material, condition, finish, pressure applied, movement, moisture, heat, or length of contact. Test carefully before use and do not use our products on delicate, valuable, unstable, easily damaged, or magnet-sensitive surfaces or items.

If a product becomes damaged, broken, loose, cracked, sharp, or otherwise unsafe, stop using it immediately and dispose of it safely.

Damage and Misuse Disclaimer

Majestic Photobooth is not responsible for any injury, property damage, surface damage, electronic damage, medical device interference, staining, scratching, punctures, tears, magnetic damage, lost items, or other harm caused by the use, misuse, storage, placement, attachment, removal, handling, modification, or disposal of our products.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage to refrigerators, walls, furniture, clothing, bags, electronics, credit cards, hotel keys, watches, medical devices, photos, printed materials, appliances, painted surfaces, stainless steel, delicate finishes, or any other personal property.

You are responsible for using, storing, displaying, wearing, and disposing of all products safely and only for their intended purpose. We are not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or other harm caused by misuse, improper handling, unsafe storage, modification, failure to follow warnings or instructions, normal wear and tear, or use of products in a manner not intended by us.

Orders

After you place an order, you may receive an email confirming that we received it. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or modify any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory issues, pricing errors, shipping limitations, inaccurate customer information, violations of these Terms, or orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Errors and Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our site, including errors related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, product availability, images, or order details.

We may cancel, update, or refuse any order affected by an error or inaccuracy, even after the order has been submitted or confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund in accordance with our refund process and applicable law.

Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Shopify and/or other providers made available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order, including products, taxes, shipping, and any other charges shown at checkout.

We do not store full payment card information and do not control third-party payment processor systems. We are not responsible for payment processor errors, outages, declined transactions, chargebacks, security practices, or other issues caused by third-party payment services.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and/or at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, delivery disruptions, customs, holidays, high order volume, or events outside our reasonable control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy, we will handle the delay, cancellation, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Title and risk of loss for physical goods pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon delivery to you, as applicable under law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Certain products may be final sale, non-returnable, or ineligible for refund where stated on the product page, at checkout, or in our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, photographs, designs, videos, icons, layouts, digital materials, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Flash Society LLC DBA Majestic Photobooth and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, sell, copy, exploit, or use any portion of the site, products, branding, or content without our prior written permission.

The Majestic Photobooth name, logo, designs, product names, and related brand elements may not be used without our written approval.

User Submissions

If you send us reviews, feedback, suggestions, photos, testimonials, social media posts, product images, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, adapt, distribute, and share that content in connection with our business, website, social media, advertising, email marketing, and other promotional materials, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You represent that you own or have the right to provide such content, that the content is accurate and not misleading, and that our use of it will not violate any third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other laws.

We are not required to use, maintain, return, remove, or compensate you for any submission.
