Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders from the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is authorized and verified. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or delays caused by high order volume.

Shipping Time

Once an order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and any carrier delays after shipment.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Total Estimated Delivery Window

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–8 business days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends, holidays, and carrier delays.

This timeframe includes our typical processing time and estimated shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, delivery disruptions, package theft after confirmed delivery, holidays, high order volume, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated in this policy or at checkout, we will notify you and handle the delay, cancellation, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at smiles@majesticphotobooth.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or inability to deliver, we may require additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier. You may also email us at smiles@majesticphotobooth.com, and we will do our best to assist.

We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered unless required by law.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at smiles@majesticphotobooth.com within 5 business days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item.

We may request additional information to help review the issue.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages when necessary. If this happens, separate tracking information will be provided when available.

U.S. Shipping Only

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Promises

Any shipping or delivery timelines shown on the site apply only when expressly stated on the product page, in this policy, or at checkout. Otherwise, orders will be processed and shipped according to the timeframes stated in this policy.
